Proper aftercare is the key to long-lasting, flawless results! Follow these simple steps to keep your PMU looking fresh and beautiful.

DO NOT Book If…

  • You must be 18 years old or older in order to book an appointment.

  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you are not eligible to book.

  • If you have a transmittable blood disease, you are not eligible to book.

  • If you have a viral infection or illness, you are not eligible to book.

  • If you are currently on Accutane or have taken it in the past 6 months, you are not eligible to book.

  • If you have diabetes (doctor’s approval required)

  • If you have undergone chemotherapy in the last 6 months, you are not eligible to book.

  • If you have received Botox near your brows within the last 2 weeks, you are not eligible to book.

Pre-Care Guide for Perfect PMU

  • No caffeine, energy drinks, or alcohol at least 48 hours before your procedure.

  • Avoid blood thinners (such as Ibuprofen & Aspirin).

  • Do not wax, tint, or tan your brows for at least 3 days before your appointment.

  • Avoid anti-aging treatments (microdermabrasion, chemical peels, lasers, facials) at least 2 weeks prior.

  • No Botox for at least 3 weeks before your appointment.

Your Post-Care Guide

Beautiful brows start with proper aftercare! Follow these steps to ensure long-lasting, stunning results

  • Gently pat brows every 30 minutes with a damp cotton round to absorb excess lymph.

  • Avoid water on brows (even in the shower) and do not apply creams like Aquaphor or Vaseline.

  • Keep your brows free from lotion, skincare products, and makeup.

Avoid for 14 Days

  • Excessive sweating & sports

  • Swimming, hot baths, saunas, jacuzzis

  • Tanning & UV exposure

  • Chemical peels, laser treatments, Retin-A, or Glycolic Acid products

  • Picking, peeling, or scratching the area

  • Heavy cleaning with airborne debris

  • Excess alcohol consumption

  • Open-air vehicle rides (convertibles, boats, motorcycles)

  • Touching brows except when rinsing or applying aftercare cream

Healing & Touch-Ups

  • A 5-8 week healing period is required before a touch-up can be performed.

  • Optimal color will develop 2-4 weeks after the procedure, with initial pigment appearing 30-50% darker.

Potential Reactions & Risks

  • On rare occasions, pigment may migrate under the skin.

  • Though topical anesthetics are used, some discomfort may still occur.

  • Allergic reactions to pigment or anesthetic, while extremely rare, can happen, even with a negative patch test.

  • Infections may occur if aftercare instructions are not followed properly.

Eligibility & Restrictions

  • Not suitable for pregnant or nursing women.

  • Must be 18 years or older to receive permanent makeup.

  • If undergoing an MRI within 3 months, consult your doctor.

Other Considerations

  • Minor swelling, redness, and occasional bleeding may occur during and after the procedure.

  • While rare, scarring is possible.

  • Pigment will fade over time, depending on your skin cycle.
