Please Read Carefully Before Booking

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

To reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice. If you notify us within this timeframe, your deposit can be applied toward your rescheduled service.


Failure to provide 24-hour notice or if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show up, will result in the loss of your deposit. Additionally, you will be charged 100% of the service cost using the card on file.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. There is a 15-minute grace period; however, if you arrive later than that, your appointment may be canceled at my discretion.

If the timing no longer allows me to complete your service properly, a new deposit will be required to reschedule. I do not charge extra for lateness, but it may affect the quality of your service.

Refund Policy

Deposits for canceled appointments are non-refundable, regardless of how far in advance the cancellation occurs. Once a service is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.


Please note that there are no exceptions to this policy.

We accept final payments via cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, or credit card only. Please note: Venmo, CashApp, and PayPal are not accepted.

Emergency Fee for Off-Hours Appointments

Appointments scheduled before or after normal business hours are subject to a $30 emergency fee in addition to your service charge. Please contact me directly to confirm availability for off-hours bookings.
